General Terms & Conditions
These terms regulate all users of all content of the domains girlslovedjs.com and gldjs.com and their subdomains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with GirlsLoveDJs Merchandise BV (henceforth: GirlsLoveDJs; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site. GirlsLoveDJs reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the GirlsLoveDJs web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. GirlsLoveDJs cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. GirlsLoveDJs may at any time change the content of the site. Though GirlsLoveDJs strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where GirlsLoveDJs act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. GirlsLoveDJs cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. GirlsLoveDJs cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the site.

Privacy Policy
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of GirlsLoveDJs. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering to the site, you have the option not to receive any information from GirlsLoveDJs. If you wish to end your subscription to information from GirlsLoveDJs, you may make the changes in your account settings. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. GirlsLoveDJs make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons: we do not store any payment information in our database.
Cookies
Cookies are used in the site, in order to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Colors
We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Payment & Prices
In order to contract with GirlsLoveDJs you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. GirlsLoveDJs retains the right to refuse any request made by you. We accept banktransfers by Ideal (The Netherlands) and card payments via Paypal using Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Dutch VAT at 19%. Please contact your local customs office for more information, we can not be held responsible for extra charges and duties. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Exchanges and refunds
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. GirlsLoveDJs cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to GirlsLoveDJs. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, GirlsLoveDJs will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s bankaccount. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in GirlsLoveDJs’s instructions please contact us via http://www.girlslovedjs.com/store/contacts/ note: items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

Shipping
All orders are fulfilled in our distribution center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands within 2 business days (subject to bank and card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during sale). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Standard shipping is within 5-9 business days. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Collecting Orders Within The Netherlands
Dutch orders are shipped with TNT Business service. You will receive a track and trace code in your email when your order is ready to collect.
Collecting International Orders
International orders are shipped with TNT Business International. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers ususally operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Unfortunately we are not able to track your International orders at this moment.
Uncollected items
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
Violation of rules
GirlsLoveDJs reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeur, GirlsLoveDJs’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and GirlsLoveDJs can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by GirlsLoveDJs. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. GirlsLoveDJs will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Governing Law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Dutch law and you agree that the Dutch courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of you country may be different from the laws in the Netherlands and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
